Returns & Refunds
At Chiaro Spark, we want you to be completely satisfied with your jewelry purchase. If you're not happy with your item, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return:
- Item must be unused and in its original condition
- Original tags and packaging must be intact
- Proof of purchase (order number) is required
- Personalized/customized items cannot be returned
Return Process
- Contact our customer service team to initiate your return
- You will receive return instructions and a return authorization number
- Package the item securely with all original packaging
- Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping method
We recommend using insured shipping as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages.
Refund Timeline
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days
- Your original payment method will be credited
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item:
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery
- Provide photos of the damage/defect
- We will arrange for a replacement or full refund
International Returns
For international orders:
- Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility
- Customs fees and import taxes are non-refundable
- Please mark the package as "Returned Goods" to avoid additional charges
Final Sale Items
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned:
- Clearance or discounted items marked "Final Sale"
- Earrings for hygiene reasons (unless defective)
- Items purchased during special promotions
